Shipping policy

Order processing Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding US public holidays) and are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email with tracking details.

Delivery times (United States)

• Standard international shipping: approximately 4-7 business days after dispatch

• Tracking: provided on every order

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and may occasionally be longer due to customs processing, courier delays, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed on our website.

Customs, duties & import taxes — please read Because your order ships internationally from the United Kingdom, it may be subject to US customs duties, tariffs, and import processing fees, which are separate from the price of the goods and any shipping charge.

 Any applicable US import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're outside the US, email support@CollectorsSanctum.com before ordering to ask about availability.

Wrong address / failed delivery Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us ats support@CollectorsSanctum.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
